    We're seeking a confident and proactive Global Wholesale Manager from a luxury fashion or luxury accessories background.

    We are excited to be recruiting for a full-time International Wholesale Manager to join our luxury client's London based head office team.

    As International Wholesale Manager, you will have the opportunity to maintain current, high-profile international wholesale relationships and to drive and set the wholesale growth strategy, alongside the CEO.

    Responsibilities

    Develop strong on-going relationships with all wholesale partners, being the first
    point of contact for any queries and issues.
    Identify and approach new wholesale partners, negotiating terms and conditions for successful partnerships.
    Monitor and regularly report on key KPI's for existing and new accounts, providing
    detailed analysis as appropriate, acting on any findings.
    Develop and implement the seasonal wholesale strategy in line with Merchandising and the company strategy.
    Implement effective sales campaigns and presentations to reach sales targets.
    Conduct and co-ordinate brand training where appropriate.
    Provide Visual Merchandising guidelines to ensure all partners are representing
    the brand correctly, and that all pricing and product information is up to date.

    Form close relationships with internal stakeholders (commercial, finance, production, planning, PR & marketing, etc) to co-ordinate smooth deliveries, payments, and new product launches.

    Responsible for the management and development of the Wholesale Assistant.
    Some international travel as required.

    Skills and Experience

    Min 5 years' experience in wholesale with a relevant luxury brand/brands
    Strong administration skills
    Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude. Role model.
    Flexible to travel internationally (Mostly USA, Middle East, and Europe)
    Multi-channel experience is an advantage.
    Strong active network of international wholesale contacts
    Confident and pro-active self-starter
    Strong administration and logistics experience
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Highly organised with attention to detail
    Diplomatic and discreet
    Energetic and flexible team player
    Excel proficient
    Ambassador for the brand
