    Our Brisbane Customer Service Centre supports these services by offering phone, live chat and email support for our Australian customers.

    If you are experienced in assisting customers over the phone, as well as online and you're looking for a move into a large global data, analytics and technology company that offers learning and growth, we have several roles available now
    What you'll do

    Provide excellent customer service to a wide range of customers, individuals and businesses, over the phone, via online chat and email
    Support the timely and accurate delivery of candidate verifications through administrative actions and follow-ups
    Ensure quality of products and services delivered to clients and consumers by following processes and attention to detail
    Handle any complaints in a highly professional manner
    Contribute to a collaborative team environment where a focus on productivity and efficiency is a shared goal

    What experience you need

    Ideally a minimum of 12 months call-centre experience in a high-volume environment.
    Financial services, telecommunications or utilities backgrounds are ideal backgrounds.
    Understanding of a busy operations processing centre
    Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
    Ability to take initiative and problem solve any customer complaints.
    Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
    Multitasking skills, manage assignments and be well organised.
    Sound keyboard skills and software skills.
