- Prepare and invite renewals in line with FCA requirements.
- Develop relationships with customers and Insurers.
- Handle general enquiries competently and give clear guidance and explanations.
- Maximise renewal retention.
- Accurately update and maintain our policy system (Acturis)
- To be friendly, professional, and heavily client focussed.
- Have a good all-round knowledge of commercial insurance both motor and non motor.
- Have friendly and professional communication attributes including on the telephone and email.
- The ability to build relationships with customers and Insurers.
- Ability to prioritise work.
- To be confident and proactive and can use own initiative.
- Be a team player.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Previous knowledge of Acturis would be advantageous

Job Purpose
The role of an SME Brokeris really important to us. On a daily basis you will be responsible for handling a panel of motor and non-motor SME customers at renewal as well as making amendments to existing covers. Your focus will be to provide a first class service as well as maintain and build relationships with our panel of Insurers.
We would love to welcome you to our Leeds office, working hours of 37.5 Monday-Friday.
