Job Description:


Under the management of the Delivery Support Team Lead in Bletchley (UK), the Delivery Support Administrator will be working as part of the administration team to ensure daily service delivery operations is completed in a timely manner.

This includes managing compliant usage of customs authorizations and simplified procedures.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain functional and operational processes of the European Remanufacturing Centre and the PMA contract and exchange hub.
  • The position is required to ensure we maintain and ultimately improve the customer support we provide for transactional and PMA contracts. The role is vital for the smooth running of the repair and exchange business across the Bletchley, South Africa, and Turkey sites.
  • The position is required to increase customer success through proactively liaising with our freight partners
  • Reduce the financial risk to the business of not missing key performance indicators for shipping and collecting in a timely manner.

Requirements:


  • Any related postschooling qualification will be required
