Job Description:

Statkraft has a significant and growing development portfolio.

We have high ambitions for growth in wind, solar, grid services and hydrogen in the UK and looking for an experienced land legal assistant to join an established team.

This role will be offered as a 18 month fixed term contract.

As a Land Team Assistant, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Preparing correspondence, documents (including presentations), word processing and organising.
  • Undertaking the administrative tasks of data entry and data collection.
  • Drafting contracts.
  • Dealing with post completion matters and scheduling deeds.
  • Document management, filing and storage.
  • Coordinate billing and compliance processes.
  • Diary management, coordinating UK, and international travel.
  • Providing any adhoc and ongoing general administrative support to the manager and the team.
  • Ensuring strong working relationships, both within the team and important interfaces in Statkraft.

Qualifications:


  • Previous legal secretarial experience working within a Commercial Property environment.
  • Paralegal experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organisation skills and a high level of attentiontodetail.
  • Ability to type, draft and produce documents efficiently, and with ease is essential.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines with the ability to remain calm.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.


  • IT skills

  • Microsoft word, typing, case management use, formatting and editing documents.
