Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative and sustainable clothing designs inspired by French fashion aesthetics.
• Researching and sourcing eco-friendly materials and suppliers for fabric production.
• Creation of sketches, mood boards, and technical drawings to visualize design concepts.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of each garment from concept to completion.
• Support in sample development and fittings, making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired fit and style.
• Contribute creative ideas and insights to help shape the direction of Maison Vivienne's sustainable fashion line.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sustainable fashion design.

The position duration is TBD. This internship is unpaid but offers valuable hands-on experience and the potential for growth within our company. Additionally, as a remote position, you can join us from anywhere in the world

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent sketching and illustration skills with a keen understanding of garment construction and patternmaking.
• Passion for sustainability and a desire to create fashion that is both beautiful and environmentally responsible.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and adapting to evolving priorities.
• Fluent in English, proficiency in French is a plus.
