    Estates SurveyorLocation:
    Hertfordshire

    Daily Rate:
    £300.00 per dayIR35: InsidePanoramic Associates is currently seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to join a Local Authority team for an initial 6-month contract based in Hertfordshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to property management and development initiatives within the organization.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Liaising with internal and external clients, members of the public, and officers.
    Measuring property in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice.
    Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules of works for tendering/quotations.
    Contract administration of projects, including issuing certificates, variation orders, and certifying payments.
    Identifying building defects and providing recommendations for repair, including preparing estimates.
    Preparing budget estimates, costs, and outline specifications during the design process.

    Certified and experienced in building surveying, possessing a professional designation.

    Repairs and Health & Safety Oversight:
    Demonstrated ability to instruct and oversee repairs and health and safety works to ensure compliance and property maintenance

    Contract Management:
    Proven experience in managing client contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and successful project completion

    Compliance and Capital Programme:
    Track record of managing compliance works and contributing to capital programs, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively

    Effective Communication:
    Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to achieve common objectives
