The Director of Sales will

Report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the Director of Sales & Marketing
Drive new business and existing accounts are maximized to their full potential.
Will undertake both pro-active sales and account management
Has no direct reports but will liaise/work closely with the in-house sales team.

As Director of Sales, you will have

Experience of being a Sales Manager within the hospitality sector as a minimum.
High standards, a can-do attitude, be results driven and have excellent attention to detail.
A strong commercial outlook, be sales and revenue driven, determined to achieve results.
The flexibility to visit clients and be able to demonstrate your network knowledge
Excellent customer care, account management and negotiation skills.
