Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Baker to join the nightshift team of specialist French bakers based in their busy factory in Leith.

They pride themselves on staying true to the artesian tradition and delivering fresh baked goods, anything from bread to pastries, to their Edinburgh customers.


Tasks will include:


  • Preparation of doughs
  • Mixing of ingredients
  • Using machinery
  • Baking goods in preparation for the day shift
  • Following instructions and health and safety
