- Billing including preparation of occasional statute bills
- Preparing daily banking and allocating funds received
- Assisting departments with matter ledger enquiries (including dealing residual balances and matter closures)
- Inter account transfers & Arranging payments via internet banking or cheque
- Check and reconcile supplier statements and resolve any queries, whilst also checking purchase invoices and dealing with enquiries
- Filing of invoices and statements
- Process and pay staff expenses
- Cash collection including payment chasing/credit control
- Prepare monthly company credit card journal
- Managing petty cash including monthly reconciliation & Daily bank reconciliations
- Assisting with producing financial and management reports as and when required

This is a fantastic role to support the accounts manager and finance business partner, and ensure the efficient processing and reporting of financial transactions within the firm.
