The suitable candidate must have Dental/Medical reception experience to be considered.
Full time Monday-Friday
Tiered salary based on experience and skills

Able to talk clearly and calmly with every patient both in person and over the phone. Providing an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone
Working with the team to understand the full range of NHS and Private treatment options available within the practice
Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale
Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations
Ability and passion to build your knowledge of treatment options within the dental sector– becoming an expert on what your practice has to offer
Comfortable working to practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture and rebooking)
IT skills with the ability to learn SOE software
