- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery and adherence to milestones
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to interdisciplinary teams, including developers, artists, designers, and QA testers
- Identify potential risks and challenges early in the development process and develop mitigation strategies to address them
- Proactively resolve conflicts and obstacles to minimise disruptions and keep projects on track
- Manage the end-to-end development process of multiple gaming projects, from concept to release
- Maintain a keen eye for quality and ensure that all aspects of the game meet established standards and objectives
- Proven track record of successfully delivering AAA game projects
- Experience in completing full production cycles from start to finish
- In-depth knowledge of the game development process
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
