Job Description: We are seeking experienced and knowledgeable Venture Partners to join our dynamic team. As a Venture Partner, you will play a crucial role in advising and guiding our portfolio ventures with your specialist expertise. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with innovative startups and contribute to their growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to our portfolio ventures, leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge.
• Assess the viability and potential of new ventures, conducting thorough due diligence and market analysis.
• Collaborate closely with entrepreneurs and management teams, offering insights and recommendations on business strategy, market positioning, and growth opportunities.
• Assist in evaluating investment opportunities and participating in investment decision-making processes.
• Facilitate connections and introductions to relevant networks, potential partners, and industry experts.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of portfolio ventures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
• Actively participate in portfolio reviews and contribute to discussions on investment strategies and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a successful entrepreneur, investor, or executive in relevant industries.
• Strong knowledge and experience in venture capital, startups, and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business situations and provide valuable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with entrepreneurs and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to evolving priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and driving positive change in the startup ecosystem.

Compensation: The compensation for this role is flexible and subject to discussions. It can take the form of a day rate commensurate with your expertise and the level of involvement, or equity in the portfolio or individual ventures. We believe in fostering mutually beneficial partnerships and are open to exploring different compensation structures that align with your interests and contributions.
