The role
To ensure that we are fully servicing our Client base in a professional and compliant manner by supporting the Service Director with onboarding new Clients and managing the Client portfolio:
- Ensuring all clients are in line with our compliance promise
- Maintaining consistent, communication across the Client base to build relationships and identify any problems
- Onboarding new workers via registration process
- Generating leads for the sales team from site visits
- Keep the team and company up to date with key compliance changes
- General administration
Day to day duties
- Assisting Service Director with onboarding new clients and contractors
- Receiving worker and site details from Client, chasing where necessary
- Attending site to register new workers and explain the Genius Money offering
- Entity checks completed and up to date for every worker
- Verifying TAX status for all contractors
- CIS registration
- ID has been verified
- Client Exclusivity contracts completed and uploaded to CRM
- Support sales efforts by obtaining leads on site for new prospective Clients (targeted)
- Ensuring all sites are audited and are notified of all new sites being set up
- Relevant CCO's created and signed by client
- Ensuring that the right contractor is attached to the correct CCO
- Up to date VAT all clients on 0% and 5% sites are evidenced
- Support Service Director with organising regular client visits (4 week/quarterly) and 12month annual health checks
- Support payroll team where required
- Daily validation
- Daily management of CRM ensuring all communication with clients/contractors is documented
- Answering calls and assisting Clients/contractors with queries
- Collate weekly/fortnightly and monthly finishers to the lead gen team
- Upselling Tax Returns
- Experience in an administrative role and must be computerliterate
- Client/Customer facing role
- Ability to deal and adapt to people at different levels in terms of communication
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage time effectively
- Good numeracy and literacy skills with a keen eye for detail
- Flexible and able to adapt to change as part of the current business needs
- Able to meet daily deadlines and proactive work ethic
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and commitment to the business
- Planning and organisation is essential
