Butler, Private Members Club, London, Permanent, £40,000 p/a

Our client a leading private members organisation based in London is looking for a full time Butler to start ASAP.

The hours will be Monday to Friday 08.00 to 17.00, with some flexibility expected as needed.

Working as a part of 15 strong team who work closelytogether to provide business services, including private meeting space, dining, events and office space to senior business people.

The main duties of the Butler role are:

Delivering a high-quality dining experience to clients
Liaising with the Chef and events team
Good knowledge of our members and other clients
Keeping on top of bookings to ensure the House is equipped correctly
Understand the guests' needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
Keeping all rooms wellpresented and addressing any damage or issues promptly
Managing external suppliers, including wine suppliers, spirit & beverage merchant, cleaning & kitchen supplies etc
Liaison with teams internally to guest experience is optimised
Recommend and arrange plans for guests
Remain wellgroomed at all times
Keep up to date on all club policies on safety and hygiene.
Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and in a pleasant way.
