- Looking after the automation on site day to day
- Working with the SSoW
- Meetings with seniors and to plan the day for your engineers
- Appraisals, Sick and hiring for your team
- Someone with a recognised engineering qualification
- An aspiring engineer looking to take their first steps in management or an Supervisor looking for their next steps
- A strong communicator who will be able to perform under pressure and hit KPIs
- Be happy walking 6/7 miles a day round the site

With the ever growing demand the company are constantly investing in the site to provide and evolve with the latest technology.
