- Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, chillers, water cooling towers, forced air
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas and electrically operated air conditioning
- Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair, installation and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors and wiring systems as needed; connect
- Install and calibrate systems; install copper tubing and repair pipes and tubing as necessary; test joints and insulate pipes of refrigeration and air conditioning systems; flush
- Install, rebuild, replace or repair fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets and other equipment as necessary.
- Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Reviews assigned work orders.
- To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met. Issue of Permits
- Ensure that all HVAC equipment within scope operates to specified performance criteria.
- In country Qualified HVAC Technician In-country Licensed HVAC Technician.
- In-country F-Gas License (If required in the country)
- Knowledge of standard practices of the HVAC and refrigeration trade and theory of HVAC and
- Knowledge of air compressors and pneumatic controls.
- Knowledge of cooling towers and boiler water treatment.
