Our client is looking for a Hands-on CTO to join the London-based Team.
They are a pioneering Tech firm revolutionising End of Life Planning They are on a mission to digitalise estate planning, will writing, pensions, power of attorney, life insurance, funeral wishes, and even social media plans.
Backed by major investment and acquired by a prestigious Investment Management House in 2023, their growth trajectory is soaring, and they are expanding their team and product offerings alike.
As a Hands-on CTO , you will lead their tech initiatives.
As a passionate technology enthusiast, you'll oversee architecture while inspiring and guiding the firm's engineering teams, by setting a stellar example.
Your expertise in , PHP, Laravel, and will drive innovation and excellence, propelling their mission forward.
You will make a meaningful impact, driving technological advancements and leading teams to success in a growing company.
This Hands-on CTO role Is a permanent role paying up to £130,000 + Shares + benefits
Working in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week in the office, you can work remotely up to 2 days a week.
You can also work remotely, anywhere in the world for up to 4 weeks per year.
As the Hands-on CTO , you will have a 8-10 person team to support you, you will work closely with the CMO and the CEO to develop and implement the product roadmap for the business.
