We are looking to recruit an extremely professional, conscientious, calm and confident individual to become part of our Administration/Business Support Team for the Children and Family Pathway withinthe Suffolk Child, Family and Young People's services in the Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust.

The Post Holder will be based at our Childrens Treatment Centre Walker Close Ipswich.

This team is part of our Countywide Service and would expect the post holder to liaise closely with their colleagues in the West to ensure smooth operations for both localities, working to same processes and procedures.

You will be working closely with our already established Business Support Administration Team for both areas which will include support to the Service Manager for the Pathway, Clinical Team Leaders and Clinicians within East and West localities.

The Post Holder will also provide comprehensive Admin/Data support receiving monthly/weekly reports, attending regular meetings and updating computer systems accordingly.

Do you have experience of managing detailed complex data information and maintaining a strong degree of confidentiality?

You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills at the same time as showcasing your knowledge of IT systems.

You will be able to evidence a flexible response to service needs and the ability to think creatively. Experience of working to team and individual deadline. Working on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are also essential.

Providing Senior Administration Support within the Children and Young Peoples Service Child and Family Pathway.

This post holder will require the ability to travel to other locations for meetings and support of the clinical teams within.

The post holder will be based in Ipswich, but working along side colleagues in our West location.

General criteria:

This role requires a good knowledge and understanding of all administration tasks. Data knowledge would be beneficial along side ability to manage spreadsheets. Multi tasking is key to the role, working to priorities and supporting the wider teams within the service. Experience with dictation/transcription would be beneficial, but not essential. The post holder will be required to attend meetings, prepare Agendas and produce Minutes/Action Logs. Maintaining our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) will also be a key part of the role. Diary management will be required and there may be occasional Reception Duties. The post holder will support the wider Admin Team and provide Leadership, Supervision and Training.
