    Electronic Systems Engineer- Peterborough (Hybrid) - Up to £50/hr - Inside IR35 -12 month initial contract (Long term role)

    An Electronic Systems Engineer opportunity has become available for one of the world's leading manufacturers of off-highway machinery and diesel and natural gas engines.

    You will be responsible for developing Electro-Mechanical Control Systems using quantitative methods to solve problems for internal and external customers.

    Plan, develop and execute validation activities to mitigate project risk and ensure solutions are verified and validated for market introduction

    To apply for thisElectronic Systems Engineer role, you will need a technical degree preferred in mechanical, electronic, electrical, control systems or automotive engineering, though other qualifications and experience will be considered.

    Development of detailed software (or electronic hardware) requirements for Vehicles/Machines etc.
    Use of requirements management tools Doors,Jira or MS Office etc.
    Experience of meeting regulatory requirements EMC, Functional safety etc
    SIL/HIL testing of hardware & software in a complex system
    Use of industry standard analysis tools such as Vector CANalyser, CANape, Kvaser, PEAK-Can etc
