Description

Day to day responsibilities:


  • Acting as a point of contact between customers and manufacturers liaising with internal departments
  • Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
  • Gathering market and customer information to preempt the customers' needs.
  • Responding to customer queries and resolving any concerns in order to secure a purchase.
  • Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.
  • Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
  • Book meetings with prospective and existing customers.

  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation and written skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team to get results
  • Flexibility adaptability and reliability
  • Ability to communicate at different levels both internally and externally
  • Strong self management and motivation to be able to manage KPIs
  • Manage a sales process end to end to ensure completion
