Internal Sales Account Manager - Crawley, United Kingdom - Reed Sales
Description
Day to day responsibilities:
- Acting as a point of contact between customers and manufacturers liaising with internal departments
- Negotiating terms of sales and agreements and closing sales with customers.
- Gathering market and customer information to preempt the customers' needs.
- Responding to customer queries and resolving any concerns in order to secure a purchase.
- Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure.
- Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
- Book meetings with prospective and existing customers.
Required skills:
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and written skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team to get results
- Flexibility adaptability and reliability
- Ability to communicate at different levels both internally and externally
- Strong self management and motivation to be able to manage KPIs
- Manage a sales process end to end to ensure completion
