Immediate opportunity for a Legal/Senior Legal Counsel to join a global leader in the manufacturing and service sector on an initial 3-6 month contract working as part of a busy tech focused project team.

Surrey based, easily commutable from west London by train. On-site car park also available. Hybrid working, 2-3 days/week in the office. Potential to extend or go permanent for the right candidate.

Reporting to the project Legal Director you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex technology and outsourcing contracts across their global operations.

This will also involve extensive liaison with internal non-legal stakeholders, managing work to project deadlines and providing broader commercial legal advice to the business.

To be considered for this role you will be 3+ years PQE with experience gained in private practice or in-house within a similar position working within a large, multi-jurisdictional organisation.

Strong contract drafting skills are essential for your ongoing success.
