Description

Growth HQ is a fast-growing, innovative performance partnerships agency working with startups and scale-ups in fintech, retail, health, and everything in between. We pride ourselves on going way beyond traditional affiliate marketing (i.e. vouchers & cashback), with our clients being impressed by the true incremental value our growing partner network adds to their business. We are not a traditional agency We genuinely care about adding value/growth to our clients' businesses and we position ourselves as an extension of our clients' team, becoming an integral part of their business.

We are looking for a self-motivated senior affiliate account executive to join our fast-growing Bournemouth or London office. We are a small team and every person is critical to the success of Growth HQ long-term.

Your role at Growth HQ is multifaceted:

-
Team player:

  • You will work on your own (bronze service level) client accounts and within project teams on silver and gold client accounts. You will also have the chance to get involved in projects vital to the business outside of client work such as organising charity donations, team socials or writing blog posts.
-
Client lead / project manager
  • You will manage the relationship with bronze clients and coordinate execution of the project internally. This includes client communications, strategy setting, QBRs, communicating clear expectations/KPIs, owning budget, affiliate SaaS provider management, and ensuring your colleagues are clear on their responsibilities within each account's strategy.

-
Budget owner

  • You will be responsible for the revenue your client portfolio contributes to the agency, this includes onboarding new clients, growing existing client accounts and negotiating/renewing contracts.
-
Deal closer / negotiator
  • On most of your accounts, you'll close the majority of large deals to push the affiliate programmes forward. You'll help your client teams unlock growth opportunities too and coach more junior team members to pick up larger negotiations over time.
-
Data analyst:

  • You're on top of the performance of your accounts, know what to do to hit KPIs, can explain campaign performance and spot growth opportunities.

We'd love to meet someone with
-
"Hustle" - you show the initiative to source new potential affiliates and are always focused on finding solutions to blockers. You have a natural ability to build rapport with others easily, you show persistence when reaching out to new partners, you pitch any brand with passion, and ultimately you close and improve deals.
-
"Analytical Skills" - you have the ability to interpret and manipulate available data, drawing sound inferences, and you are very aware of how projects are connected to growth. KPIs and targets drive your decision making and strategic plans.
-
"Effective Communication" - you build trust through transparent, friendly, communication (written and verbal), you're able to summarise and communicate deliverables, achievements, and blockers. You are great at giving (and receiving) positive and constructive feedback.
-
"Organisational Skills" - you can spin multiple plates at the same time, work in a structured and organised manner, are dedicated to delivering tasks/projects, whilst never losing the overview.
-
"Zero EGO" - you are a true team player, happy to roll up your sleeves and jump in whenever needed. You want to join a business where you see yourself as a brand ambassador, feeling passionate about the success of the business and the team you are a part of.
