Main Purpose of The Role Are you a Front End Delivery Specialist within NTQ Acquisition? Then the below could be for you To programme and project manage the national delivery of all NTQ replacement site activity from identification of sites at risk through to delivery of the on-air replacement(s) and decommissioning of the NTQ site.

The role holder will work with regional Acquisition, Estates, Legal and other departments within Cornerstone to drive and guide delivery of NTQ activities to agreed customer targets and deadlines, whilst producing regular clear reporting for all Stakeholders.

The holder will also manage key stakeholders (external agents, outsource partners, solicitors, Cornerstone Customers, VMO2 & Vodafone) to deliver replacement coverage as quickly and efficiently as possible while delivering to Cornerstone's agreed annual business plan and profit targetsResponsibilitiesTo programme manage the delivery of all targets associated with delivery of NTQ replacement sites and to ensure clear transparent reporting to track progress and report to key stakeholders.

To deliver a clear plan and prioritise activities to ensure achievement of relevant targets.

To work closely with the regional Acquisition and Design teams and to seek to ensure achievement of financial and volume targets associated with the programme.

To provide regular reporting against plan and identify potential issues ahead of time.

To work closely with the regional Acquisition teams to seek to ensure achievement of targets associated with a maximum number of sites out of service i.e.

ensuring less than 'x' sites (as per agreed target) out of service for passive reasons in a calendar year.

To provide regular reporting against plan and identify potential issues ahead of time and with a particular focus on sites where there is a Potential Loss of Coverage (PLC) within 0-3 months and 3-6 months.

To work with the regional teams to identify and implement potential improvements to processes in order to reduce timescales for the delivery of replacement sites.
