    Office Manager

    We're seeking an enthusiastic and positive Office Manager to assist the Chief Operating Officer, ensuring the smooth running of the office and efficiently support the wider teams.

    What will the role include:


    • Responsible for all marketing and social media for all departments, ensuring compliance with company branding.


    • Maintaining company website and third-party property portals, reporting and following up on issues.


    • Answering telephone, voicemail and emails, prioritising and directing enquiries.


    • Reporting and dealing with IT issues.


    • Database management. Filing and maintaining systems. Creating and updating spreadsheets.


    • Manage office maintenance and supplier relationships, including reviewing accounts for performance and negotiating pricing/services based on needs.


    • Plan events, group meetings, dinners, etc.


    • Ensuring physical spaces are functioning properly and efficiently.


    • Producing letters and reports.


    • Produce invoices and upload receipts and expenses using Xero.


    • Other ad hoc duties as required by the Partners or Chief Operating Officer.

    What do you need:


    • Experience of managing an office and a real passion for supporting a team.


    • Excellent attention to detail as well as organisation, time management and planning skills.


    • Experience of using Canva or similar design software a real bonus.


    • Energetic and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


    • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to compose correspondence, maintain spreadsheets organise meetings and workload.


    • Literacy skills in order to compose correspondence of various types (e-mail, letters), minutes and produce accurate records of meetings.


    • Numeracy skills in order to compile simple statistical or financial information and undertake calculations.


    • Verbal communication skills in order to deal with visitors to the office and telephone enquiries.


    • Understanding of how to manage manual and IT based records efficiently and with appropriate confidentiality.


    • Ability to resolve problems and disseminate information clearly.
