    Job Title: Sales Administrator

    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team within our business generate function. The Sales Administrator will play a critical role in managing administrative tasks, maintaining employer relationships and ensuring our smooth start to a learner's journey.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, maintaining sales records and generating reports.
    2. Employer Communication: Communicate with employers to address enquiries, provide information about our offering and assist with initial aspects of the enrolment journey.
    3. CRM Management: Utilise our CRM system to update client information, track interactions, and monitor sales activity.
    4. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate effectively to enhance sales efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the education or training sector.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
    • A positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
