Salary:
£26,000 with OTE of £32,000

Location:
Wythenshaw, Manchester

Hours:
Mon - Fri pm, Sat , Sun on a rota basis. 37.5 hours per week

Here at CCA Recruitment we are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to manage an Inbound Sales Team.

You will train, coach and mentor your team enabling them to meet targets whilst delivering exceptional customer service to customers.

Your team will be taking Inbound calls and welcoming new Insurance customers for one of the UKs leading Insurance companies.

They will ensure insurance agreements are set up correctly and answer any customer queries that may arise

Role requirements of a Sales Team Leader

  • Leads the team, is the main driver to achieve target and hit SLA/KPIs
  • Constantly improves own and teams' performance lifts the performance of the team through effective documentation/driving performance and detailing Advisor improvement through Advisor development files
  • Sets plan for the week/month ahead based on current issues and analysis of previous week/month stats
  • Delivers weekly plans at healthy check meetings, through daily performance reviews and the delivery of work set by CCM
  • Utilises Coaching/121/Advisor Contribution/Behaviours of Team/Professional Conduct/SDSA Development and documents in line with Spacious Place Contact policies
  • Ensures the relevant time is spent on Advisor and Team development, constantly reviews the performance of individuals, ensuring effective coaching is being conducted that relates to previous Coaching sessions and is moving forward.
  • Delivers documentation based on the constant coaching and improvement of their team
  • All paperwork is clear, concise and legible with all areas completed for review by Senior Management

Personal Attributes and Skillset of a Sales Team Leader

  • Uses statistical analysis to implement longterm and shortterm fixes
  • Is consistent and professional always
  • Manages and assists performance improvements in a level, calculated manner
  • Understands the basics of client requirements/financials & top line figures/performance trends
  • Understands what makes the Campaign work from a financial viewpoint
  • Good understanding of Inbound and Outbound telephony/dialler systems
  • Excellent communication skills effective coaching skills; have the ability to build relationships & can motivate staff
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Proactive and decisive approach to problem solving.
  • Strong organisational aptitude and proven time management skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic.
  • Highly effective communicator.

Experience of a Sales Team Leader

  • Minimum 612 months in a similar Contact Centre Team Leader role
  • Strong Customer Service and/or Sales background
  • Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industries is desirable but not essential
