Welcome to our Apprenticeship Programme In 2024, we have six apprenticeships:
Our programme is open to anyone aged 16+ living in one of our homes. No experience is needed, just a positive attitude. Training is hands-on with professionals, both in the workplace and in college.
Training takes place at Coleg y Cymoedd in Nantgarw or Ystrad Mynach College. Apprentices work across Rhondda Cynon Taff and Cardiff Bay, based in Pontypridd, Cwmbach, or Porth. Apprenticeships last between two and four years, leading to a Level 3 qualification.
Expect to learn technical skills as well as essential employment skills. You'll have support from a college training advisor and Trivallis managers. We provide PPE and equipment, and you'll receive a monthly salary.
