- Deliver a range of high-quality company secretarial services to a top tier Financial Services clients.
- Line management responsibilities for your direct reports.
- Board paper collation, chasing actions, attendance at meetings and drafting minutes.
- Oversee the maintenance of electronic corporate records using Diligent Entities and undertaking any statutory filings with the Registrar of Companies.
- Provide advice regarding the Companies Act, Listing and Disclosure Rules, Market Abuse Regulation and governance.
- Draft, review and release regulatory announcements.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new business, developing additional sales from existing clients and crossing services across the business.
- Provide support as required in developing processes and procedures within the team.
- Ensure you remain up to date with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and horizon scan for upcoming changes.
- ICSA fully qualified (or other professional qualification if relevant experience can be demonstrated).
- A degree in Law/Business Studies preferable but not essential.
- Experience of attending and minuting Board and Committee meetings, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Collaborating with peers and sharing knowledge.
- Pro-actively requesting and acting upon feedback received on the quality of work produced.
- Making active contributions to meetings and presenting effectively.
- Demonstrating self-awareness and the ability to adapt your style to suit different situations.
