    Rewards Manager

    Hybrid (2 days in the office, London)

    £85,000 plus bonus

    A B2B SaaS (Series E) deep-tech scaleup, who are on a mission to solve the hardest data problems across real-world issues, are looking for a Rewards Manager to build & enhance their current global rewards offering.

    Due to growth and preparing for an exit, they are looking for an experienced Rewards Specialist to help build & enhance the businesses current global rewards offering whilst setting up a new reward function/team.

    This role is going to empower someone to shape and align reward programs, driving the organisation's total reward strategy to new heights. A chance to implement and advise the business on best practice and strategy.

    Who we are looking for;

    • An expertise in compensation and benefits, preferably in a global company
    • Someone who is always one step ahead of change in the market. Remaining agile and embracing change, instinctively knowing what needs to get done. Then you make it happen.
    • You're comfortable around Benchmarking tools (Radford, Pave, Figures, etc.) with strong analytical skills to compile data, review it, assess it for trends and summarise it for presentations
    • Excellent communication skills. As you can imagine, you'll need to be able to communicate to diverse audiences including senior leaders, C-suite and Remco members
    • You'll need to be comfortable with building robust project plans to deliver a smooth transition in all reward topics

    Role: Rewards Manager

    Location: London – hybrid working, 2 days in the office

    Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 plus 15% bonus
