Sales Manager (Events) - SW London

The Role:

Working on the businesses well known medical vertical, the Sales Manager will focus on driving both new business acquisition and the management of existing accounts.

Selling across two events and a print magazine, the Sales Managerwill reach out to large equipment manufacturers and skincare brands within the beauty market.

Looking after one hundred accounts, the Sales Manager will ensure the retention of key relationships as well as driving new customers.

Joining a team of two, the Sales Manager should view this role as the role before people management.

The Sales Manager will be expected to assist the two other members, leading by example and stepping in to help on bigger calls.


Requirements:
To be considered for the Sales Manager role you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 year of experience in digital media sales and or event sales
  • A want to step into management
  • Done both New Business and Account Management

The Future:
As a Sales Manager you can expect on to ones and coaching throughout your career in the company.

Whilst relevant media and events experience is essential to progress to interview in this role, you can expect that your managerswill still be expecting to invest in your development continually.


The successful Sales Manager will be expected to assist the two other members, leading by example and stepping in to help on bigger calls.

Following this, the Sales Manager will be promoted into a formal leadership position.


The Package for Sales Manager:


  • Basic: £37, ,000
  • Bonus /

OTE:
+ £27,000 - £30,000 Year one

  • Healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday
