Legal Services Consultant

We deal with residential and commercial property sales as well as having a robust legal department specialising in conveyancing, private client, family law and litigation.
Due to the continued growth of our business, we require a professional, enthusiastic Legal Services Consultant to join the Legal team in our Edinburgh Head Office.
Previous experience in the legal field is preferred, although we will also consider law graduates.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Audio typing in an accurate and efficient manner
- Responsibility for file management including taking instructions, updating and amending files, creating and updating client files on case management systems
- Quick and accurate typing skills with the ability to prepare documents with digital dictation
- Proficiency in all Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Methodical and organised approach with careful attention to detail
- Impeccable verbal and written communication
- Track record of working to tight deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fastmoving team environment
- Strong initiative with natural problemsolving ability
- Previous experience in a similar legal support or sales role
Salary will be dependent on experience.
