Job Description:

Power app Solution Architect

Expertise in SharePoint, a working knowledge of the following, Data Verse, Power Platform admin centre, Power Apps, Virtual agents, Configuration Migration Tool, Power Shell/Power Platform CLI, Basic Application Management Lifecycle Management (MS ALM), Canvas Power App Vs. Model driven Power App, and Power BI.

DELIVERABLES

Design and Development:

• Create specifications and detailed plans for Power Platform applications.
• Write/Translate code to implement the desired functionality.
• Oversee testing and debugging to ensure robustness and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with other engineers, designers, analysts, and stakeholders.

Integration and Data Transmission:

• Develop connectors and integrations to external systems.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Power Platform and other tools.

Compliance and Standards:

• Work with other teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Follow best practices for security, data privacy, and governance.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITY

As for the tool set, I'd say the person they need would need to be able to have a working knowledge on the following,

1. Data Verse
2. Power Platform admin centre
3. Power Apps – have an understanding of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and SQL Server – possibly?
4. Virtual agents
5. Configuration Migration Tool
6. Power Shell/Power Platform CLI
7. Basic Application Management Lifecycle Management (MS ALM)
8. Canvas Power App Vs. Model driven Power App
9. Power BI
