AJ Chambers are working with a progressive and growing Accountancy firm in North West London who are recruiting a Director to head up their Accounts and Outsourcing teams.

In this role, you will take full responsibility for both the Accounts and Outsourcing teams, with support from both Seniors Managers and Managers.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

Development of client relationships
Leading teams to meet department objectives
Overall management and delivery of cloud accounting, VAT and management information
Winning new business for the firm

You will also:

Oversee the operations of both departments
Planning and budgeting to drive projects forward
Set and manage the schedule for both department's assignments and ensuring all targets including billing, chargeability and budgets are met
Business development activities
Line management and onthejob training for employees in both teams
Contribution to the overall strategic direction of the firm
Have experience managing a team in a line manager capacity
ACA / ACCA qualified with at least 5 years' post qualification experience
Strong project focus with high attention to detail
