Remuneration:Circa £150,000+ Take Home

Description:Part Time/Full Time Performer Dentist required 2 - 5 days per week, for an Independently owned, mixed practice near Bedford, Bedfordshire

• £12 -£14 per UDA depending on experience

• Up to 5000 UDAs available

• 50% split on private and labs

• Hours 9am-5.30pm

• Take Home circa £150k achievable

• Mentoring for Implants and Sedation if of interest & can do Cosmetic List

• 2 fully computerised surgeries, Exact software

• Digital x-rays, Implant Motor, Scanner, CBCT, OPG

• Existing, well maintained list

• Qualified nurse, Therapist and Hygienists

• Free parking on site

• Available now, start date negotiable.

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
