Overview:
A local company is seeking a dedicated Process Operative for its Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant.

The selected candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that shift operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all regulatory and company standards concerning quality, environmental protection, and health and safety.

Experience in CHP is not essential for a successful candidate, the key requirements are PLC operation skills and willingness to learn new processes in a growing company.

Main Responsibilities:
Operate all plant processes within specified parameters to meet production targets regarding volume, quality, and efficiency.

Use knowledge and experience to enhance the efficiency of the CHP Plant operations and collaborate with the Lead CHP Technician on potential improvements.

Conduct routine operational checks, safety, and preventative maintenance as required.
Perform daily sampling and testing of production processes.
Manage general housekeeping tasks within the process area to maintain cleanliness and order.
Troubleshoot and report equipment issues to Maintenance Technicians promptly.
Maintain close communication with Product Handlers and Lorry Drivers to ensure the efficient handling and storage of materials.

Key Requirements:
Proficient in SCADA, Operator Interface Control Systems, and or PLC-based plant operations.
At least 2-5 years of operational experience in a processing or manufacturing environment.
