Description

Our client focuses on two principal areas of investment expertise: outcome-based, multi-asset investment and single-strategy, active investment e.g., UK, European, US and global equity funds and they are seeking an Investor Services Associate.

This role is offered on a hybrid working arrangement - minimum of two days in the office each week. When in the office, the role can be based in the City of London or our client's Surrey office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Processing new business.
Servicing clients.
Managing TPA/TA/counterparty activities.
Undertaking all administrative duties e.g., opening and distributing post.
Monitoring receipt of stock and cash and associated reconciliations.
Maintaining client records.
Processing client money transactions

Experience & Qualifications:

Experience of working in investor/client services/IFA administration in a fund management, wealth management or customer/adviser facing role.
Team player with a positive, results orientated approach.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills
