We are currently recruiting for an
Internal Communications Executive to devise, develop and deliver the Internal Communications framework for Arcus FM.

The role will include reviewing internal channel suite and strategy, and copywriting and publishing internal communication content to support the Arcus vision and strategic business plan.

Responsibilities

As an Internal Communications Executive, you will devise, socialise and execute the Internal Communication Framework for Arcus FM - including researching and deploying a best practice approach to internal communications tools and techniques.

Other duties will include;

Provide communication planning support to internal stakeholders to ensure that all initiatives, change programmes and key parts of our proposition are planned, scheduled and communicated in timely fashion.
Write copy in an engaging and informative way for multiple audiences taking briefs from internal stakeholders and deploying it with pace and accuracy to ensure our colleagues have what they need to provide an outstanding FM service. Experience of communicating to colleagues who don't readily have access to technology would be an advantage.
Complete regular, datadriven reviews of Arcus' internal communication channels working with the wider Marketing & Comms team to strive to enhance our offering and ensuring we are adopting new / better ways of working and technologies for the benefit of internal and external audiences.
Through managing of events agencies and thirdparty project manage, run and attend internal engagement meetings and leadership events including the CEO's regular Town Hall meetings with colleagues across the country.
Enhance engagement with internal and external stakeholders in particular you will develop strong relationships with People and HSQE functions to ensure plans across engagement, training, benefits, safety & health, and sustainability and environment are impactful and support Arcus' People agenda and growth plans.
Promote Arcus' brand identity and guidelines across the group including giving guidance to stakeholders on our brand, communication channels and the correct use of our branding and logo
Support the Head of Marketing & Digital in managing the departmental budget that pertains to Internal Communications.

Qualifications

Experience planning, copywriting and editing in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to influence stakeholders up to and including the C-Suite
CIPR / IoIC qualification is desirable or ability to demonstrate CPD outside of that
Relevant degree or similar qualification preferred
Experience managing multiple channels online and offline for a diverse organisation
Ability to deliver communications to fieldbased / remote / offline workforces
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple projects
Experience supporting change programmes / or wider organisation transformation
Strong understanding of the creation of analytical reports
