Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate cash flow records and manage daytoday bookkeeping tasks.
- Utilize Dext and Xero to efficiently track, categorize, and reconcile financial transactions.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Manage pension contributions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for review by management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist with monthend and yearend close processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, showcasing strong cash flow management skills.
- Proficiency in using Dext and Xero for efficient financial data processing.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and pension administration.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and vendors.
- Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently in a parttime capacity.
