Job summary
The Training Programme Director in Obstetrics & Gynaecology ST1-2 will support the Head of School in the Strategic Development of the School of Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
The post holder will lead on the development of the School's Recruitment and Retention Strategy and contribute to supporting the School Operational Programme.
The post holder will be a member of the School Board.
This role is based in the Manchester area.
Main duties of the job
Work in collaboration with Head of School of Obstetrics & Gynaecology to develop and implement a Medical Workforce Strategy which supports the recruitment and retention of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Trainees with focus on the regional education programs.
