Skegness Grammar School is now recruiting for a Lettings Officer, part time, 10hrs/wk.

This is a fixed term contract for one year, after which time it will be reviewed.

Our School provides students with excellent academic tutoring and prestigious enrichment opportunities.

About the role

  • To be responsible for the safety of lettings customers and security of the campus during a specific time period, ensuring site is left tidy, secure and alarmed at each shift end.
  • Initially a fixed term contract for one year.
  • To work closely with Site Supervisor/ Site and Cleaning team/ Teaching and Support staff.
  • To ensure the security of the academy and to provide excellent service to all internal and external lettings during a specific period of time.

Salary & Benefits
NJC8 £22,777 FTE (£11.81/hr). This is initially a fixed term for one year.

Who we are looking for
Educated to GCSE level.

Knowledge of policies and procedures for security, alarm systems, health and safety, minor repairs & maintenance.

Knowledge and expertise in minor maintenance and repair

Basic computer skills

Knowledge of bespoke lettings software (desirable)

First Aid Trained (desirable)

Fire Marshall Trained (desirable)
