Description

In this role you take responsibility of this experienced and well organised team and become a key figure across various business areas where you will use your key stakeholder engagement skills to the max.

In this role you will help drive the business forward by supporting new product launches as well as leading through current and future business challenges within the this group and the broader investment control department.

These will include setting goals and objectives for the team, performance management and development.

Finally, you will help manage a variety of internal and external relationships, including investment professionals, legal & compliance, distribution and occasionally clients.

Key for this role is a keen interest in management and experience of leading teams ideally in operations/compliance. Experience of Charles River and a keen interest in cutting edge technologies e.g. AI would also be beneficial as this team really has an eye on future advancements.
