    The Firm are looking for a Contracts Manager to be responsible for the management of a number of our Government Sector key accounts, to be based at our Cambridge, Manchester, Norwich or Birmingham offices.

    Working closely with Client Relationship Partners, client service teams and business support teams, this Contract Manager will play a pivotal role in the client experience, developing a key understanding of individual client needs as well as ensuring all contractual parameters and requirements are managed effectively to mitigate risk, and to maintain / grow account the relationship and profitability.

    Is a strong strategic thinker with exceptional relationship building skills and proven experience managing large complex contract relationships.
    Manage performance and compliance of key contracts and agreements throughout their lifecycle.

    Advise and support internal stakeholders on contractual matters, such as contract interpretation, risk assessment, compliance requirements, and best practices.

    Liaising with/being the initial point of contact for the client inception team, in terms of conflict checks (both commissioning and then processing and follow-up).

    Provide training and guidance to staff on client requirements and contract management processes and systems.

    The firm has a strong sector focus with expertise in agriculture, charities, education, food and beverage, health, insurance, private wealth, real estate investment, sport and technology.

    Clients include businesses from PLCs to start-ups, high net worth individuals and landowners, more than 120 universities, colleges and education bodies and over 100 healthcare organisations.
