Senior Analyst - Data Analytics

Location:
UK Wide (Remote)


Salary:
£44, % Bonus


We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst - Data Analytics to join one of our clients, a global recruitment company.

You will join the data analytics team to support business key transformation projects within the company.


Main responsibilities:


  • Database Design & Management
  • Create and maintain an ETL process for clients, using data from numerous sources
  • Using transformed data to set up selfservice reporting for endusers
  • Ensure thorough documentation and notation of all processing
  • Analysis of the endtoend recruitment process
  • Interpret data to analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing performance reporting on all processes
  • Measure performance against SLAs
  • Produce pipeline reports, weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews etc.
  • Continually review process to look for insights
  • Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in data/SLAs to support the management in identifying efficiencies and performance issues
  • Filter and clean data correcting issues where identified to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Stakeholder management, regularly liaise with programme management team to provide ad hoc analysis
  • Act as a point of contact for reporting and information queries from clients

Key Skills & Experience:


  • Experienced with relational databases and the ability to query datasets
  • Experienced in working in an analytical/problem solving role delivering quality reporting to key clients and stakeholders
  • Data presentation tools such as Power BI
  • Experience using DAX/SQL
  • Experience using data cloud services such as Snowflake
  • Data warehouse setup/management
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the desire to document processes
  • Ability to shape the business strategy using the analysis and interpretation of data
  • Experience in recruitment, human resources, or talent acquisition analytics is desirable but not essential
