    Our client, a well-known law practice acknowledged by the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners for their dedication to excellence, professionalism, and friendliness, is looking for skilled lawyers to join their experienced team.     Role Overview:

    Due to ongoing expansion, our client is currently in search of a dynamic and seasoned housing litigator to become part of their esteemed team. This position presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about housing litigation and is committed to delivering top-notch legal services. The ideal candidate will showcase superb communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle a diverse caseload of housing litigation cases, which may include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, EPA claims, ASB, and fraud.
    • Apply strong expertise in landlord and tenant matters, AST, and/or leasehold issues, focusing on forfeiture claims.
    • Provide outstanding client care and nurture professional relationships with clients.
    • Engage in marketing and networking activities to enhance the firm's services.
    • Meet monthly time recording and billing targets consistently.
    • Supervise and oversee support services, such as secretarial and junior staff.

    Requirements

    • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
    • Demonstrated experience in a housing management legal department at a law firm or in-house.
    • Proven track record of effectively managing a busy caseload of housing litigation matters.
    • Familiarity with case management systems and legal procedures.
    • Strong client care skills and a pledge to professionalism and integrity.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and perform well under pressure.
    • Engagement in marketing and networking endeavors is highly advantageous.
