Property Cleaner - London, United Kingdom - Residential Land

Description

We are looking for a honest, reliable, and hard-working cleaner to join our Property Company.

In addition to general housekeeping duties, we rely on our cleaner to be our eyes and ears in each unit, anticipating and reporting potential issues.

The role will involve cleaning communal areas and provided internal flat cleans across several properties in Central London. This involves observing health and safety protocols and maintaining professional conduct and manner at all times.

Rota for the jobs will be distributed on a weekly basis.

The role includes but not limited to:

• To clean communal areas
• Sparkle clean vacant flats once a week – including flushing WC's and running taps
• End of tenancy cleans
• Pre move in cleans
• Air Bnb in and out cleans
• Dealing with Laundry management when required
• Change bedding and occasionally required to wash and iron.
• Reporting any defects to your line manager
• Working closely with Airbnb department on all their needs prior to tenancy occupations
• Act with Integrity and adhere to company and professional guidelines.
• Uniform will be provided and must be worn at all times during working hours.
• Any other tasks as required with the role.

The role is based across different Central London properties.

Shift: 8h on a rota basis Monday to Sunday

Uniform to be provided.

Mobile phone will be provided.

• Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel, and bend
• Great attention to detail
• We require a strong communicator with a good level of English, and we welcome any other spoken languages
• Driving licence is a plus but not necessary (Company vehicle could be available)
• Eligible to work in the UK
