Hospitality Assistant - Housekeeping and Catering - Many Positions Available

6 Month Fixed Term Contracts: 16-40 hours available - National Minimum Wage

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our Trigonos team, based in Nantlle, Gwynedd. We are looking for additional members of our hospitality team, for immediate starts, to both assist in keeping the centre clean, tidy and safe on a daily basis and supporting and coordinating the catering and food service for our guests

Tasks include;

Be part of the Housekeeping Team
Maintaining cleanliness of the Centre, including bedrooms and workspaces, between groups/visitors on changeover days;
Be a part of the Catering and Service team
Work alongside our chefs in the kitchen helping to serve and create delicious food, keeping the kitchen clean and to closing our restaurant after each service
Be a part of the Hosting Team
Welcoming guests, ensuring a pleasuring guest experience for the duration of the stay, maintaining the ambience and sense of place across the retreat

The pattern of work is flexible due to the varying nature of our bookings but shifts are generally 6 hours long, with expected shifts to take place between approximately 9am and 10pm.

We operate 7 days per week all year round, but aim to share shifts equally throughout our team and accommodate existing commitments such as childcare.

Trigonos has a successful history of providing warmth and high quality hospitality for a range of activities and courses. The 20 bedroom facility includes meeting rooms, workshop spaces and beautiful grounds.

The post holder will be expected to work closely with the Chefs and Hospitality Team to ensure that all guests continue to receive high quality meals and services, and that Trigonos business remains aligned to the vision and values of Trigonos and Ruskin Mill Trust.

As Trigonos is part of Ruskin Mill Trust, the successful applicant will also be expected to embrace, articulate and work with the Trust's objectives, vision, values and purpose

What we are looking for team member who are/have;

Experience of working in a catering and hospitality environment is advantageous, but not essential
Experience of working front of house would be desirable, but full training is provided
