My client are a reputable main contractor who are working on an iconic residential project in Liverpool They are looking for a Façade Package Manager to join the team

Ideal candidate:

• Expert knowledge of unitised cladding systems, brickslip facades and curtain walling.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• Methodical and organised individual.
• Strong leader.

Duties include:

• Overseeing the whole of the façade works on the project.
• Ensuring the façade package is delivered to the highest quality, safety, to programme and within budget.
• Managing relevant subcontractors.
• Ensuring the project is running in line with the programme.
• Quality management.
• Attending and chairing progress meetings with subcontractor.
• Managing health & safety on site.
