- Job Title: Paramedic Practitioner.
- Job Type: Full time/part-time hours available from Monday – Friday.
- Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
- Salary: £37,000 - £52,000 per annum with an extensive benefits package including learning and development opportunities, as well as offering mentoring and educational support.
- HCPC registered paramedic.
- Post-registration clinical practice experience within primary or secondary care.
- Open to applicants straight from the emergency services who are looking to develop their career in primary care.
- Effective communication in complex situations, with good interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable, problem-solving team player with integrity, and patient focus.
- Provide first point of contact for patients presenting with undifferentiated, undiagnosed problems (face to face in clinic and at home).
- Utilise history taking, physical examination, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills to establish a working diagnosis.
- Develop and communicate a management plan in partnership with patients.
- Recommend and explain appropriate diagnostic tests and treatment options to patients.
