    Job Description

    As an Auditor/Lift Surveyor, your main responsibilities will include:

    • Conducting surveys of lifts in the portfolio twice a year, ensuring regular intervals are maintained.
    • Carrying out comprehensive surveys that cover maintenance quality, emergency autodial unit function, lift performance, customer concerns, insurance items, health and safety liabilities, and performance and reliability upgrades.
    • Updating clients on any obsolete parts and advising on equipment that is coming to the end of its life.
    • Completing standard template reports on-site.
    • Collaborating with the sales team to ensure accurate cost issuance to clients.
    • Liaising with the maintenance team to highlight maintenance and insurance defects.

    Requirements & Skills:

    To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

    • Lift qualification NVQ or equivalent (ERO202).
    • Knowledge of various lift equipment, both old and new.
    • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
    • A team player with great communication skills.
